hensmith was originally created and developed by Sarang S. Bhagwat as the
heat exchanger network synthesis facility of BioSTEAM
(biosteam.facilities.hxn, 2020), and is developed and maintained within
the BioSTEAM Development Group.
Sarang continues to lead hensmith developments and maintains the repository.
